WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Administrator to come join our team at our Headquarters in Liverpool, UK. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Global H&S team to ensure accurate Incident, Risk Assessment, and Audit. You will work closely with the group H&S Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with UK & Global H&S teams through regular, effective contact and assistance as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Have a proactive, positive attitude towards improving health & Safety standards and developing a positive health and safety culture.
  • High degree of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, following a period of initial training.
  • Independent planning and time management skills.

Required Work Experience

  • Accredited Management system experience would be desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • A recognised IOSH qualification (Managing Safely etc) would be an advantage.

Required Languages

  • The ability to speak Spanish would be a distinct advantage for this role.
