The Role As Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll support teams across the business to maintain and improve health, safety and compliance standards. This includes conducting audits, delivering briefings, supporting incident investigations and championing a strong safety culture across all levels. Key Responsibilities: Carry out site audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance. Support managers and site teams with practical H&S advice. Lead or support investigations into incidents and near misses. Review and prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Deliver Toolbox Talks, bulletins, and safety briefings. Promote a proactive and positive health & safety culture. Engage with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders on H&S matters. Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements. What You’ll Need Essential: NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards) Solid knowledge of UK H&S legislation Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Full UK driving licence Confidence working with site teams and senior management Desirable: Construction or infrastructure industry experience Audit or report writing skills Flexible, self-motivated and organised What’s in it for You?
