We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Advisor to join the Wilson James team at Heathrow Airport, working across both our construction and infrastructure operations. This is a split-role supporting two areas of our business and covering both day and night shifts, ensuring round-the-clock safety excellence.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager (Construction), and working closely with the H&S Manager (Infrastructure), you’ll play a key role in upholding and enhancing our safety culture, driving compliance, and championing safety leadership across one of the UK’s most dynamic environments.

As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Monitor and ensure health & safety compliance across our Heathrow construction projects.
• Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and lead/assist incident investigations.
• Deliver briefings, campaigns, and safety initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and client safety reps to meet KPIs and standards.
• Support training, maintain digital safety records, and use platforms like Notify and client portals.
• Attend internal and external safety meetings, including airside forums.
