Are you an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who has particularly specialised in implementing management systems and H&S training?
This permanent, full time role is based in Feltham, Middlesex with regular travel to other sites all around the West London / Middlesex area.
Salary £40-45,000 plus excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, healthcare services, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, pension, death in service benefit, free gym membership and other staff discounts.

So what’s the role?

  • Ensure appropriate management systems are in place and maintain compliance to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Develop and deliver different types of Health, Safety and Environmental training to employees, such as Toolbox Talks and e-Learning
  • Plan and complete HSE audits, identify any trends or corrective actions to be taken
  • Incident investigations (including RIDDOR), conduct Risk Assessments, provide data and reports to management
  • Contribute to Construction Phase Plans in line with CDM 2015 regs

What do I need?

  • NEBOSH General certificate and IOSH Managing Safely certificate, or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Full driving license and happy to travel to different sites as needed in the area (West London / Middlesex)
  • Experience of audits within an ISO accredited environment (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Confident to develop and deliver different types of H&S training, including e-learning
  • Ideally you will have worked in construction, property management and/or housing industry and have a good understanding of CDM regulations
