ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified Health & Safety Advisor who will play a key role in implementing and supporting our safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant WHS legislation, and promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and support compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, company policies, an
• d procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to site teams and management on WHS issues.
