Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues relating to H&S systems (e.g., INX, SafeDay, DoneSafe or similar).
  • Review and maintain system security frameworks, including ongoing user security & access maintenance and periodic access audits.
  • Gather requirements, configure, and test H&S systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs and legislative changes.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to H&S systems and work processes, focusing on systems optimisation, improved business efficiencies, and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI (and other tools) to support management, corporate and operational teams.
  • Develop and deliver H&S reporting and analytics requirements, including transactional, cyclical, ad hoc, and legislative reporting, ensuring reports remain relevant as business needs evolve.
  • Collate, interrogate, analyse, and interpret H&S data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing meaningful insights and supporting key projects and initiatives.
  • Provide the tools, guidance, and processes for stakeholders to update and maintain H&S data, and work with them to ensure data integrity across all relevant systems.
  • Collaborate closely with end users, site teams, H&S professionals, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data integrity, facilitate education, and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and system documentation to support effective system use.
  • Compliance Support: Support regulatory compliance by managing system-driven auditing activities, generating legislative reports, and maintaining accurate system documentation required for compliance.
