Responsibilities

This is not just another HSE Advisor role—it is your opportunity to step into a more strategic and influential position, designed for someone who is ready to move beyond coordination and contribute meaningfully across multiple sites and teams.
As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor, you will play a key role in partnering with operational leaders and frontline teams to drive a proactive safety culture. You will be instrumental in embedding best practices, improving systems, and shaping how safety is understood and lived across the business.

Be a trusted advisor - Work closely with site leaders to embed safety ownership into everyday decisions
Coach and support - Equip teams with the knowledge and tools they need to meet HSE obligations with confidence
Lead safety improvements - Support the implementation of initiatives aligned with Hyne’s strategic HSE goals
Investigate and learn - Lead incident response and investigations, ensuring meaningful insights drive change
Facilitate training and verification - Run inductions, training, and competency assessments to build capability
Champion risk management - Facilitate structured risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Lead communication and consultation efforts that bring people together around safety goals
Ensure legislative compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and standards
