We are a modern, diversified service company specializing in occupational safety, hazardous materials management, disinfection, radiation protection, and traffic engineering. To strengthen our team of approximately 50 employees, we are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join us as soon as possible.

Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) / HSE Manager

In this multifaceted role, you will combine your professional expertise in occupational health and safety with a holistic view of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). You will provide expert advice to our clients, develop practical solutions, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, health, and operational processes.

Tasks

• Conducting safety inspections and advising new and existing customers
• Identification and assessment of health, safety and environmental hazards
• Consulting on the creation and updating of risk assessments
• Development and implementation of security and HSE concepts
• Creation and maintenance of work and safety concepts in accordance with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2.
• Conducting risk analyses and hazard assessments
• Development and implementation of measures for accident prevention and continuous improvement of occupational safety
• Conducting training courses and instruction on safety and health-related topics
• Monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory and professional association requirements
• Support in the creation and further development of emergency and evacuation plans
• Documentation and evaluation of safety and HSE-relevant processes
• Preparation of reports, analyses and recommendations for action
• Cooperation with employers' liability insurance associations, authorities and other external bodies
• Monitoring current developments and legal requirements in the HSE sector
• Support in the continuous development of our HSE management

Qualifications

• Completed studies in safety engineering (diploma, bachelor's or master's degree) or qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (m/f/d)
• Complete technical expertise in occupational safety in accordance with Section 7 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG)
• Knowledge in the field of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) or interest in a holistic HSE activity
• Additional qualifications, for example as a fire safety officer or safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo), are advantageous.

• Mobility and driving licence class B
