Locations – Remote Working
Salary – Circa £35K
Duration – Permanent / Full Time (Part-Time considered)

RHG Consult is an Employee Ownership Trust specialising in the professional delivery of a wide variety of bespoke training and apprenticeships nationally.
Do you have a passion to share your SHE knowledge with others? This is a home based, remote working role as an Safety, Health and Environment Learning Coach to join our growing team. We require an individual who has knowledge, experience and qualifications within the Health/safety/Environment sector to join us in this exciting role. You will work with learners and employers to ensure delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment to support learners working towards the Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship Standard, as well as commercial courses eg, City & Guilds OSH NVQ and IEMA Foundation Certificate.

As a Safety, Health and Environmental c you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Current Level 3 SHE qualification (NEBOSH/NVQ)
  • Have experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety role
  • You will be keen to impart your experience and have credibility within this field
  • An assessor and/or teaching (education and training) qualification would be ideal, however we will provide trainin

Responsibilities
  • Delivering virtual/remote training (1 to 1 and groups) as and when required and evaluate the effectiveness of the

training across a variety of industry sectors

  • Motivating learners and providing regular support and guidance
  • Assisting learners in completing their projects and providing your technical expertise to maximise the effectiveness

of their project work

  • Carrying out regular progress reviews and complete all required administration by agreed timescales
  • Managing retention and achievement of learners allocated to your caseload
  • Assisting in the updating of learning resources

As a Safety, Health and Environmental c you will have the following skills and experience:
