Kingspan Insulation Australia’s, operations are based out of its modern manufacturing facility in Somerton Victoria with responsibility for three other manufacturing facilities and two office facilities across Australia.

You will be required to drive site compliance and improvement in health, safety, and environmental activities. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Chair the business’s WH&S Committee
• Coordinate the implementation of the business’s Health, Safety and Planet Passionate (Environmental) initiatives
• Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
• Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to Health and Safety and our Planet Passionate goals
• Ensure compliance with HSE-related legal requirements. Sustain a local network (both internal and external, including authorities and industry groups)
• Maintain and improve the Factory HSE Management systems including maintaining ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001 certifications
• Provide support to the Factory Management Team and Line Managers in order to achieve the Factory’s Health, Safety and Planet Passionate objectives
• Ensure that HSE performance data is entered, available, and reported accurately on a weekly/ monthly basis
