This role is ideal for an early career health and safety professional eager to step into a more influential organisational position, gaining valuable experience before moving into management. It’s also suited to someone with a strong technical background seeking improved work-life balance. Whether the past few years have been spent on the road auditing or inspecting, this opportunity offers a predominantly home-based role, focusing on coordination, advisory work, and driving positive change.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build on core health and safety principles—whether it’s investigating incidents, shaping positive behavioural and procedural changes, conducting thorough risk assessments, or keeping safety metrics well-managed. Technical expertise is a cornerstone of success here, providing the chance to tackle challenging questions, deliver clear and actionable advice, and lead the charge for evidence-based solutions that pave the way for safer, smarter practices.
This is a hands-on role where every contribution counts. From ensuring safety metrics are on track to supporting timely follow-ups and maintaining oversight of live issues, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. With a proactive and practical approach, this position is all about driving change and creating a safer future.
