Job Description We are looking for a Health Safety & Training Administration Support Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Health Safety & Training (HST) Manager, you will be responsible for About the Role Coordinating and processing all site onboarding requirements. Managing reporting, data entry, and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilising systems such as SAP, SharePoint, DocuSign, CMO, and Ideagen Workforce Management System (formerly Damstra). Maintaining document control, including assisting other departments with publishing, formatting, and updating documentation. Providing administrative support in the planning of site Training and related events. Roster and Location Monday to Friday professional roster Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road) About You You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support within a dynamic Heath, Safety & Training environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A positive and proactive attitude. Strong computer literacy and confidence working collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in business systems such as SAP, CMO, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Ideagen (formerly Damstra), and Power BI or similar is preferred Fast, accurate, and high-volume data entry skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Sound problem-solving and analytical abilities. The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A high level of initiative and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems. A good understanding of, or willingness to learn about, training qualifications and compliance requirements. Previous experience in a similar administrative or training support role within a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.
