ABOUT THE ROLE
New Aim is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Well Being (HSW) Manager to perform a key business partnering role to develop and implement the HSW strategy to install a culture of safety & awareness, health & wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation in the workplace.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The first few points focus on leading safety initiatives, coaching leaders, and driving organizational frameworks, highlighting the strategic and leadership aspects of the role.
Responsibilities for analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing continuous improvement showcase analytical and forward-thinking skills.
Combining compliance, training, and employee competency ensures a logical grouping of regulatory and workforce development duties.
Investigating incidents and preventive measures are placed together to emphasize a proactive approach to workplace safety.
Responsibilities related to cross-department collaboration and external stakeholders, like Workcover agents, are grouped to highlight relationship management.
Duties involving procedural maintenance (e.g., First Aid kits, Test and Tag) and operational transitions (e.g., warehouse de-mobilization) are logically tied to operational execution.
