THE OPPORTUNITY;

We are recruiting for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to join Ritchies, located in Auckland at our head office in Swanson, reporting to our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead. The role is Monday to Friday, during normal office hours.
This role is pivotal in supporting Ritchies’ commitment to effective organisational risk management and providing a healthy and safe working environment for all employees, clients, contractors, and visitors to our workplaces.
This is an important opportunity for an individual that values being a collaborative and communicative H&S member. You will be first point of contact for staff looking for direction or better understanding of how to access or utilise our health & safety management system, and escalating inquries to other appropriate HSW team members. You will also act as custodian of the HSMS documentation, ensuring it continues to remain up to date and easily accessible to all users.

YOUR SKILLS;

  • Proven HSW experience
  • Self-starter & results orientated
  • Tech savvy
  • Working towards or completed a NZQA Level 4 H&S Qualification or higher (Desirable)
  • Strong communicator via multiple forms
  • Great business acumen
  • Interest in public transport
  • Ability to work to deadlines and pivot if necessary
