Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one or team coaching, offering practical advice and support on health, safety, and environmental matters, including best practices.
Conduct structured daily safety walks with Team Leaders, using these as opportunities to coach and reinforce safety culture.
Assist in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents, and NDSBs, ensuring lessons learned are shared and applied.
Continuously review and validate risk assessments to ensure they remain accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Develop and maintain Safe Working Practice documents tailored to departmental needs
