HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) ADVISOR – PERMANENT, ON-SITE, FRANKFURT

• Location: Frankfurt, Germany
• Contract Type: Permanent Employment
• Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + Rotation Package
• Work Authorization: Must have existing authorization to work in the EU

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join a dynamic team in Frankfurt. You’ll play a key role in the daily implementation of EHS policies on a major construction site, with direct influence on site safety culture. • Enforce company Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site
• Conduct daily inspections and regular safety audits
• Prepare, review, and brief teams on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing EHS training
• Ensure equipment and plant inspections are fully compliant and documented
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses—followed by preventive action planning
• Maintain EHS records and contribute to the final project handover safety file
