FOCUS OF THE ROLE
To embed and operationalise Health & Safety practices across Field Services by integrating them into existing workflows and systems—particularly the Field Management System—using Agile ways of working.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is focused on leading the delivery of Health and Safety risk controls into existing Field Services workflows. The Health & Safety Enablement Manager will do this through applying a human centred approach to all design outcomes and will act as the lead on specific programs being delivered by Field Services, as well as being the Field Services conduit for the delivery of programs being led from other business streams. For example, the central Telstra Health, Safety, Environment & Wellbeing HSEW team. In addition to delivering specific Health & Safety programs, the role will support continuous improvement of Health and Safety practices in Field Services. The focus for the role is to lead Agile ways of working to bring the right expertise to the table, and to apply subject matter expertise to deliver implementation outputs including, but not limited to development of, training content, processes and instructions and effective communication and change.
