Wherever power cables are connected or energy is transmitted and distributed, Nexans Power Accessories Germany demonstrates its expertise in system relevant connections in the field of low-, medium- and high-voltage accessories.
To strengthen our team at the site in Hof, we are looking for a:

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Zertifizierung zum Sicherheitsbeauftragten-Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) - Ausbildungslehrgang (DGUV Vorschrift 2, §4 (2))
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz in einem produzierenden Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Leitung von Audits (z.B. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie Präsentationsfähigkeit
• Flexibilität
• Erfahrung mit Methoden und Instrumenten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (5S, 5 Why, 8D, etc.) und Risikobewertungswerkzeuge (JSA, etc.)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Qualifications:

• Certification as a safety officer specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) – training course (DGUV regulation 2, §4 (2))
• At least 3 years of experience in the areas of health, safety and environmental protection in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the preparation and management of audits (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility
• Experience with methods and tools for continuous improvement (5S, 5 Why, 8D, etc.) and risk assessment tools (JSA, etc.)
• Fluency in German and English

• Support the QHSE Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety, health and environmental standards
• Coordination and control of all HSE activities to achieve the objectives of the HSE strategic plan
• Initiating and pursuing measures for the continuous improvement of HSE-relevant processes and compliance with legal and operational requirements
• Further development, implementation and maintenance of the risk assessment (JSA) and standard work instructions (SWI)
• Training and motivation of employees in all HSE matters
• Cooperation with employers‘ liability insurance associations, authorities and employee representatives to optimize occupational health and environmental protectio
