We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Advisor to join our team and help us continue to work safely while minimising our impact on the environment. This is a key role supporting our Lifts Distribution & Service and Home Accessibility Commercial (S&I) businesses, including the field operations of Stannah Homelifts (Uplifts). You will work closely with the Head of HSEQ and colleagues across the Group to drive continuous improvement, implement our HS&E management systems, and ensure our teams are supported in fulfilling their responsibilities. This will include supporting all our branches across the UK, with some over night stays as well. Must have a Driving Licence for this role. We are looking for you to have Proven experience in HS&E within an engineering or operational business (lift industry experience desirable) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to16:45 and Friday 08:00 to 13:00 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor Responsibilities: Advise on HS&E matters and support the implementation and maintenance of our HS&E Management System. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing HS&E policies, procedures, and systems. Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Conduct audits and monitoring activities to support compliance, including maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Provide training and guidance to teams, including field inductions, ensuring safe working environments across the business.
