Job Description Your Mission Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while leading risk analyses and driving continuous improvement in safety and sustainability. What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate professional and environmental risks across the site Investigate safety and environmental events (accidents, incidents, near misses) Monitor accident indicators and trends Support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions Raise awareness and train staff on workplace risks and eco-friendly practices Identify, report, and communicate risks at various workstations Provide input during the setup of new equipment or facilities Qualifications What We're Looking For Strong analytical and synthesis skills Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly Calm under pressure, with a rigorous and proactive mindset Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level) Passion for safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement Additional Information What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A company culture that values safety, responsibility, and innovation The protection of our candidates’ personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.
