Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise ongoing civil and construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures, policies, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor compliance with TAQA/TRANSCO HSE requirements and project-specific safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Previous experience working on TRANSCO/DEWA projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in 132kV cable laying projects will be a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in site safety supervision within civil works/construction projects.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and safe work practices.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural site teams and contractors.
