We’re currently on the lookout for a proactive and passionate HSEQ Specialist to help elevate our safety, quality, and environmental standards across our NSW operations.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll work closely with our operational leaders and the HSEQ Manager to embed a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and lead environmental and quality improvement initiatives. From investigations and audits to coaching and system optimisation, this role touches every part of the business.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the continuous improvement of our HSEQ management systems
  • Drive quality assurance and environmental performance
  • Design and deliver engaging HSEQ training
  • Conduct ICAM investigations and lead audit readiness
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to guide leadership decisions
  • Be the go-to expert for WHS legislation, ISO standards, and industry best practices

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Drive implementation of the NSW HSEQ strategy
  • Lead site audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
  • Manage and improve our Integrated Management System
  • Deliver safety leadership training and environmental awareness programs
  • Analyse incident trends and provide monthly reports to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with depot teams and frontline staff
  • Support investigations, regulator relationships, and tender documentation
