Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Compliance: Develop health, safety and environmental policies, processes, and procedures, manage RAMS and permits, maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety law regulations and best practices, aligning with company strategyRisk Management: Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments - implement controls, and mitigate identified hazardsReporting: Monitor, investigate, and report incidents; provide health and safety performance updates with insights and trendsEmergency Preparedness: Support emergency planning, drills and crisis management for safety readiness

  • Environmental: Support the development and delivery of our sustainability initiatives by staying informed on legislation and best practices, contributing to emissions reduction efforts, assisting with SECR/ESOS reporting, and helping to set and track workplace sustainability targets

  • Second stage in person interview London office with role based task
