JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Safety Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating individuals on health and safety protocols, ensuring that they understand the importance of maintaining a safe environment in various settings. You will conduct engaging classroom sessions, develop training materials, and assess participants’ understanding of health and safety practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a health and safety instructor or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively in a classroom environment.
• Ability to engage participants through interactive teaching methods.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and materials efficiently.
• Certification in health and safety training or related qualifications is a plus.
• Passion for promoting workplace safety and fostering a culture of health awareness among participants.
• Potentially delivering other courses such as Confined Space Entry and
• Rescue, First Aid/CPR, Forklift Training.
• Scaffolding training programs equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely erect, inspect, and dismantle various types of scaffolding, adhering to industry standards and regulations

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
