Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met To be responsible for overall co-ordination and management of construction projects including progress, logistics, quality, cost and client relations The implementation, execution and sustaining of site level compliance. Providing comprehensive risk analysis and risk management actions. Leading continuous improvement actions, programs or processes on compliance assurance, incident prevention, injury prevention, pollution prevention and other EHS performance indicators. Managing incident investigation and corrective measure implementation Evaluating and implementing EHS best practices to continuously improve compliance and management effectiveness. To coordinate between client, architects and consultants To monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources in accordance with the project cost budget To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules To ensure all short-term programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned To ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations To provide effective and efficient site administration, meetings and reporting To plan and organize various statutory inspections To act as client representative, managing the daily running of the project To facilitate progress meetings and produce project reports To update the master programme To facilitate site meetings and inspections to report on quality and progress To manage other consultants and the professional team To assist with the procurement and appointment of other consultants as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety / Engineering/equivalent Above 10 years of experience in site-based project management, has data centre experience Strong understanding of H&S Management systems. Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols. Good command in English Strong ability to drive the highest international safety standards on site, beyond the common and legal safety requirements in the country. Advocate a safety-first mentality in the project, driving down behavioural safety aspects from the project leadership to all the workers on site.
