QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• CRSP, CSP, or equivalent certification required.
• 5+ years of safety management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Skilled in training, reporting, and incident analysis.
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
• Able to travel throughout the Hamilton and GTA regions

  Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

• Lead and support the HSE team to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• Develop and enforce safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on safety practices.
• Track safety performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to sustainability and risk-reduction initiatives.
