Company Description Job Description Title: Health & Safety Manager Location: Berlin, NJ - Onsite Job Type: Full Time Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA standards, and Workers Compensation laws. Proven experience in hazard recognition, incident investigation, and case management. Certified in First Aid, AED, and CPR. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with plant leadership. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10 days/year).
