We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to join our team and drive the Health & Safety vision forward. This role is at Manager specialist level and is based out of our Copenhagen Hub. Core Responsibilities Encourage employees at Copenhagen Hub to adopt the Health & Safety vision and provide assistance in Health & Safety-related matters. Partner with the Global Health & Safety Team and engage with Health & Safety colleagues across EMEA, US, China, and APAC. Implement and maintain global Health & Safety frameworks, processes, and campaigns locally. Ensure compliance with local legislation and LEGO standards. Conduct risk assessments and support incident reporting and investigations. Design and deliver local Health & Safety educational campaigns and training. Undertake site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor Health & Safety standards. Collaborate with local leadership and teams on Health & Safety strategies and agendas. Assist in planning and refurbishing office spaces to meet Health & Safety requirements. Participate in global Health & Safety projects to enhance alignment and continuous improvement. Role Focus: Lead the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies, ensuring alignment with what we value and local laws in EMEA markets. Work closely with employees and senior management to educate on Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Guarantee alignment to all applicable health and safety laws, maintaining vital records according to established guidelines. Proactively identify hazardous workplace conditions and collaborate on solutions to mitigate risks. Do you have what it takes? Experience: 5+ years in Health & Safety, ideally as an H&S Manager or Senior Consultant in an international, office-based environment Standards: Solid understanding of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and local laws Systems: Experience with structured Health & Safety management systems Change & Consulting: Proven ability to inspire change and act as a trusted advisor Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Project Management: Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Mentoring: Capable of mentoring and developing others Working Style: Dedicated and comfortable working independently under remote leadership Please note: Relocation support is not available for this position. #L1-SV1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
