We are seeking a highly capable Health & Safety Manager to lead a team of Advisors across multiple residential construction sites in the Greater Dublin area. This senior position plays a vital role in driving health and safety excellence across the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director and board.
The ideal candidate will combine strong team leadership with a deep understanding of health & safety systems, reporting, and compliance. Experience in residential construction is preferred, though not essential.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a senior health & safety role, ideally within construction
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance, structure, and support
• In-depth knowledge of health & safety legislation and regulatory standards
• Skilled in reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, Level 8 H&S, IOSH Membership)

• Lead and manage a team of Health & Safety Advisors
• Oversee and enhance company-wide health & safety procedures and systems
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and audits for the board and MD
• Stay informed on regulatory updates, industry innovations, and best practices
• Organise and present at Town Hall meetings and company-wide safety briefings
• Support Advisors on-site with audits, inspections, training and compliance
• Ensure all developments operate in full alignment with Irish health & safety laws
