Key Responsibilities As the Health & Safety Manager, you will: Develop, implement, and continuously improve Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Lead internal audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices. Provide expert guidance and support to management, operational teams, and contractors on all Health & Safety matters. Promote and embed a proactive, positive safety culture across all areas of the business. Drive behavioural safety and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance. About You We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual who brings: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) in Occupational Health & Safety. At least 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety management within construction, security, or related technical industries. Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and other relevant standards. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A logical, analytical mindset for problem-solving in high-risk environments. A collaborative and approachable attitude, capable of working both independently and within a team.
