Description

Responsibilities: - Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures at project sites. - Conduct daily site safety inspections and environmental inspections to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards. - Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-To-Work (PTW) documentation. - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Monitor subcontractors' compliance with WSH and environmental requirements. - Liaise with clients, consultants, building management, and authorities regarding safety and environmental matters. - Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations. - Prepare safety and environmental reports and maintain proper documentation. - Support project teams in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Requirements: - Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification. - Minimum 3 years of relevant construction safety experience. - Experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A), renovation, fit-out, interior fit-out, upgrading, or maintenance projects is preferred. - Familiarity with Permit-To-Work systems, work-at-height, hot work, lifting operations, and confined space requirements. - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement and enforce WSH and environmental policies through daily site inspections and documentation review. Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with MOM and NEA regulations.
