Description

THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

  • 3+ years of HSE in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or other related degree. M.S. degree a plus.
  • Desire to obtain CSP or CIH certification(s) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of US HSE regulations
  • Willingness to work with multiple layers of the organization from the shop floor through senior leaders.
  • Strong desire to support safety culture transformation.
  • Experience applying Human & Organization Performance Principles and building a resilient learning and caring organization.
  • Proven team player with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills; presentation and training delivery skills.
  • Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Process Management, Functional/Technical Skills, Managing through Systems, Decision Quality
