Coordinate activities related to contractors and external companies on site. Support incident, accident and risk reporting activities. Assist with safety investigations, inspections, audits and safety meetings. Promote safe behaviours and a strong safety culture across teams. Participate in safety campaigns and risk assessment activities. Act as an interface between employees, supervisors and safety stakeholders. What we’re looking for: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, EHS, HSE or Risk Prevention. Knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation and safety management processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments. Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing or highly regulated industries is a plus. B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
