Responsibilities
  • Enhance Environmental, Health and Safety awareness throughout the bakery
  • Partner with the Bakery Leadership team to provide guidance and technical support on issues relative to health & safety programs, polices and initiatives
  • Ensures all safety and environment incidents are thoroughly investigated for root causes and corrective or preventative actions that may be required.
  • Provide motivation, training, coaching, support, inspiration and direction to a diverse work force
  • Establish and sustain positive employee engagement through effective communications with all employees in order to foster an environment where innovation and cooperation are used to solve problems
  • Organize and assist bakery supervision in execution of safety meetings.
  • Maintain training records to ensure compliance
  • Conduct Health and Safety Audits as required
  • Assist in Management of Change requirements
