The Health & Safety Supervisor will support the implementation and monitoring of all occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with Accor standards and Egyptian regulations. The role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, conducting regular inspections, delivering safety training, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel operate in accordance with best practices and legal requirements. Job Responsibilities Implement and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with Accor standards and Egyptian labor regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments throughout the hotel to identify and address potential hazards. Report, investigate, and document any accidents, incidents, or near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Deliver health and safety training for employees (fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid awareness, and manual handling). Ensure that all employees use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and follow safe working practices. Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Security teams to ensure preventive measures are applied across the property. Maintain updated records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions. Support the emergency response team during drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first-aid equipment. Prepare regular HSE performance reports for hotel management. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all departments. Qualifications Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or any related field. Certifications (Preferred): Must hold an Advanced Occupational Health & Safety Certificate Additional certifications such as HACCAP or Fire Safety will be considered an advantage It is preferred that the candidate is based in Aswan. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a large service organization. Previous experience conducting safety inspections or training is desirable
