Cavendish Farms is seeking a Health & Safety Training Specialist to support and strengthen safety performance at our processing facilities. This role plays a key part in developing standardized health and safety programs, designing and delivering effective training, and ensuring consistency across multiple sites. The Specialist will act as a subject matter expert (SME), working closely with site leadership to drive compliance, reduce risk, and build a strong, proactive safety culture. Work Location: Flexible – Lethbridge, AB or Jamestown, ND.
