The Opportunity As Health Safety and Wellbeing Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our people. Working within our Customers and Corporate team, you’ll help us deliver An Electric Britain by ensuring health, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and attend our offices when needed. The salary starts from £42,000, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for development. You’ll collaborate with leaders and teams to identify risks, implement improvements and share best practice. From policy development to hands-on guidance, you’ll make sure our people go home safe – physically and mentally. Who You Are We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a human approach. To be shortlisted, you’ll need: In-depth knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing principles, systems and legislation Experience providing advice and support in a similar environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical actions NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety (or working towards) Membership of IOSH (or working towards) Knowledge of electrical safety, gas safety, COSHH, CDM, RAMS and occupational health NEBOSH or IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management What You’ll Be Doing Supporting delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across Customers and Corporate Advising leaders on compliance and best practice Managing policies, processes and investigations Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement Building strong relationships with colleagues and trade unions Pay, Benefits and Culture Alongside a starting salary from £42,000, you’ll enjoy a market-leading pension scheme and a range of flexible benefits including electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers and more.
