WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and teams to embed safety into day-to-day decision-making and drive proactive risk management. This role is about more than advising, it’s about partnering to solve problems, build capability, and deliver safer outcomes together.
You will play a key role in lifting safety leadership, strengthening risk controls, and supporting the implementation of strategic safety initiatives across your client groups. Based in Sydney, this role requires regular presence across our three main sites: Granville, Frenchs Forest, and Sussex Street.

Based in Sydney, you’ll bring your boots-on-the-ground mindset across our key sites at Granville, Frenchs Forest, and Sussex Street partnering with teams to not only manage risk but to lead, influence and empower.
