Description
Your mission Conduct wellness screenings on site with clients. Collect blood samples. Measure blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, waist circumference. For Surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, VDU, etc Set up and take down of pop-up screening clinic at client site. Ensure screening equipment is cleaned and maintained. Ensure medical waste is stored and disposed of appropriately. Provide general advice on healthy living practices where required. Use Medmark’s software system to record accurate records of client assessments. Rate of Pay : €190/day Working hours: 22.5 hours per week Your profile Appropriate qualifications in nursing, phlebotomy and/or health surveillance. Any similar experience is desirable. Proven experience with phlebotomy. Appropriate qualifications for administering vaccinations are not essential but desirable. Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy and listening skills. Strong organizational and planning skills including time management with proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivery to a high professional standard. Strong team member with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working people relationships. Access to own transport is essential. Garda vetted. Flexibility to work at client sites nationwide. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good IT skills and experience with electronic health records. Why us?
