Hybrid working arrangements available! Job Description What You Will Be Doing. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Quality checking health information as provided by health care providers Liaising directly with health care providers such as medical clinics, pathology providers, health professionals and participants following appointments Writing accurate and detailed case notes in the medEbridge platform Relationship management between key stakeholders Responding to UHG customer queries Qualifications What You Should Have Strong customer and service orientated focus Excellent time management and attention to details Proficient written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge and understanding of systems, processes, and procedures Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Understanding of health & medical information exchange, and the interplay between healthcare practitioners, their clients, and insurers (desirable) Additional Information Be part of the MedHealth group, where our core values are shaped by what matters most to our people and how we deliver meaningful services.
