To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You’ll also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or be actively working towards them. A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel within NSW as required are also essential.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the on-site Health Service Manager, you’ll be the executive leader for Moree District Hospital, responsible for both clinical services and overall site operations. Your role will include:

  • Overseeing clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated local team through change and growth.
  • Embedding new systems and strategies, including the Single Digital Patient Record in 2026.
  • Partnering with the district to align with broader organisational goals.
  • Driving quality care models tailored to a rural setting.
