As the Nurse Manager/Health Services Director at Trustwell Living, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional care for our Assisted Living residents. Responsibilities
  • Be able to lead the clinical team with a sense of purpose and accountability; utilize metrics and established goals.
  • Oversees the medication management services, including training and audit of medication administration practices, collaboration with prescribing healthcare providers and pharmacy staff
  • Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through assessment and service plans utilizing the nursing process
  • Visit prospective/current residents in their homes or healthcare settings as needed to assess for admission/readmission to the community.
  • Clinical liaison with families, residents, healthcare professionals, and team members
  • Direct the infection control measures for the community
  • Work collaboratively with others on the community leadership team
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the clinical staff. This includes overseeing and/or completing required training, staff schedules monthly and daily work assignments.
  • Provide on-call clinical support as needed.
