Description:
The Health Services Program Manager is an experienced mental health professional who implements and oversees health-related services for families experiencing homelessness at Mary’s Place. This position is responsible for day-to-day management of health services across all Mary’s Place sites; including direct guest support, onsite health events, communication with medical systems, partnerships with external community providers and program volunteers. The Health Services Manager ensures that guests have access to healthcare resources in the community, including clinical health, mental health/behavioral health, and specialty care. This position works closely with the Volunteer Services team to identify opportunities for volunteers to support Health Services.
The Health Services Manager actively engages in Mary’s Place racial equity work – striving for equitable outcomes and taking responsibility for creating, maintaining, and affirming communities for people of color, immigrants and refugees, trans and gender-non-conforming people, and other populations who routinely encounter systemic oppressions.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Supportive Services and supervises the Health Services team; including Care Coordinators and Behavioral Health Specialists. This position requires flexibility to work some weekends, evenings and holidays. This position will work out of multiple Mary’s Place sites around King County, including Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The annual salary range is $88,000/Yr., DOE.
