Are you a skilled health services professional with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and quality resident care? Leisure Care is looking for a Health Services Specialist to provide vital support to our communities, stepping in to ensure seamless health services operations and help guide teams toward continued success.
What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Health Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key clinical resource within our network—helping communities maintain high standards of care. You’ll collaborate closely with community teams and corporate health services leadership to support smooth operations, ensure compliance, and help prepare for future success.

• Provide interim leadership for Health & Wellness or Opal departments when needed
• Mentor and support care teams, helping to grow their skills and confidence
• Partner with General Managers to keep day-to-day care operations running smoothly
• Participate in audits and surveys, and help implement follow-up plans
• Use company tools and systems (such as Electronic Health Records and Relias) to track and improve care delivery
• Ensure alignment with company policies and state regulations

What You Bring:

• A passion for serving older adults and supporting care teams
• At least two years of leadership experience in assisted living or a related field
• Knowledge of senior health and wellness practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills
• Comfortable with technology and Health Service systems
• Ability to travel to support assigned communities

This position is full time with an annual salary $90,000.00. This position may be remote.
