RL Health Services Supervisor (LPN or RN) responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitors and provides for the medical needs of residents through emergency response, physician contact, accurate and complete clinical assessments, requests for physician services, pharmacist consultations, etc. Assists in the coordination of needs for Home Care program as it relates to caregiving and provides supervision and direction to Home Care department team members who have caregiving responsibilities. Manages Home Care caregiving schedules using Outlook. Responsible for revenue generating services under Home Care budget. Assists residents in maintaining health through education (nutrition, hygiene, exercise, medications) and advocacy for resident with other health care providers. Helps to coordinate resident admissions to/from other levels of care. Requirements RL Health Services Supervisor (LPN or RN) qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long term care. Strong management, leadership and communication skills. Excellent public relation and organizational skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc); experience with Canva preferred. Current PA Driver's License for two or more years required.
