OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a dynamic Health Supplement Business Manager to oversee the full life cycle of our supplement products—from import and regulatory approvals to warehouse supervision, sales, and marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Nutrition, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the dietary supplement industry with expertise in import, regulatory affairs, warehouse operations, and sales/marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and logistics coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and marketing analytics.
  • Strong communication skills in English meticulous and multi-task oriented.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Import & Regulatory Approval
  • Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for supplements.
  • Lead product registration and dossier submissions with authorities in UAE
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, labs, certification bodies, and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with labeling, packaging, and testing standards.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Management
  • Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, storage safety, and compliance in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with carriers, customs agents, and 3PL partners to optimize logistics.
  • Maintain documentation and quality assurance protocols for logistics and storage.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop strategies for B2B and B2C sales expansion, including partnerships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Define and manage sales targets, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, SEO/PPC, influencer outreach, packaging).
  • Coordinate product launches and develop promotional materials tailored to the supplement market.
  • Track marketing ROI and leverage analytics to refine campaigns and boost consumer engagement.
