Description

PAM Group is looking to recruit motivated mobile occupational health technician to join the team. The role will involve travelling to client sites around London/South of England, delivering health surveillance to client employees.
Whilst previous relevant experience is desirable, full training will be given to the right candidate.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Able to communicate at all levels with clients and employees
  • Able to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • To be able to act on own initiative and manage own workload
  • Possess good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to thrive in a busy environment
  • IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Full driving licence
  • Overnight stays are required on a regular basis (up to 10 nights per month / an average of up to 3 nights per week, accommodation is provided)
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provision of health surveillance programmes for a wide range of clients throughout the South of England, including:

  • Spirometry
  • Audiometry
  • Skin Health Surveillance
  • HAVS assessment
  • Urinalysis
  • Vision Testing
  • Mobility & Musculoskeletal Assessment
  • Height, weight, and BMI calculation
  • Blood pressure

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Accurate record keeping
  • Daily maintenance of health screening equipment and facilities
  • Driving mobile health screening units
  • Working to strict protocols and procedures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
