SUMMARY: The Health System Relations role is responsible for maintaining existing healthcare relationships, developing and establishing new referral relationships aligned with targeted business goals, and cultivating partnerships within the assigned geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face engagement. This role represents the organization in professional and community healthcare settings and is responsible for developing, nurturing, and strengthening referral relationships on behalf of the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Identify and establish relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics * Develop and maintain referral relationships with existing and prospective partners * Coordinate engagement activities with external partners, including attendance at community and professional healthcare events as needed * Create and deliver initiatives to current and prospective new business accounts * Maintain accurate documentation of all contacts in Salesforce; existing and new * Provide education and communication to the company for both new and existing business relationships * Serve as a resource person for processing purposes regarding forms, procedures, and workflow for existing and new business relationships * Troubleshoot any issues, problems and complaints with existing and new business relationships * Adheres to the company standards of business conduct and healthcare compliance * Reports accidents promptly and follows the policy and procedures set forth by the center * Perform other related tasks as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic systems * Strong independent judgment with high attention to detail and ability to track daily interactions with stakeholders * Ability to work independently without supervision * Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze, prioritize, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or GED * Six (6) months of experience in communications, marketing, advertising or sales * Valid Driver’s License   BENEFITS: * 3 Medical Plans * 2 Dental Plans * 1 Vision Plan * Employee Assistance Program * Short and Long Term Disability Plans * Basic Life and Voluntary Insurance Plans with AD&D * 401(k) with a 2-year vesting  * PTO + Holidays   Please visit our website for more information: www.matrixmedicalmgmt.com    At Matrix Medical Management, we specialize in delivering customized business solutions designed to enhance the efficiency, compliance, and financial success of medical practices across Texas.
