Responsibilities
  • Manage the Military Treatment Facility Clinical Quality/Performance Improvement programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet organizational needs.
  • Direct the Healthcare Risk Management program, developing processes and systems to identify and reduce the risk of harmful, compensable or adverse events to patients, staff and/or visitors.
  • Liaison with outside agencies and command, scheduling accreditation surveys, inspections, and/or site visits through the administration of the accreditation and compliance programs.
  • Provide technical advice regarding medical staff credentials, privileging, and professional certification programs.
  • Conduct strategic planning and data management for the Command’s management support programs.
