Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Health Technology Assessment Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting HTA activities in Saudi Arabia. Your work will contribute to ensuring patients have timely access to innovative treatments, while aligning with GSK’s mission to get ahead of disease together. Key Responsibilities As an HTA Associate, your responsibilities will include: Developing and supporting HTA submissions to local authorities, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and alignment with GSK’s strategic objectives. Collaborating with internal teams to identify evidence gaps and develop robust evidence generation plans. Conducting health economic analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling, tailored to the Saudi healthcare system. Managing external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines. Monitoring the HTA and reimbursement landscape to inform GSK’s market access strategies. Presenting findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making and enhance patient access. Required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should bring: Saudi National. A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. At least 3 years of experience in health economics, market access, or HTA submissions. Strong analytical skills, with experience in health economic modelling and data interpretation. Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system and reimbursement processes. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications We value the following additional skills and experiences: A postgraduate degree in health economics, public health, or a related field. Experience working with international stakeholders or global teams. Familiarity with real-world data sources and observational research methods. Knowledge of local and international HTA guidelines and processes. Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets. Experience publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at conferences. Work Environment This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
